This is a very Fine Quality 'Wedding Cake' late Victorian revolving Bookcase in Burr Walnut. Comprising three graduated tiers, the upper tier surmounted by a circular and well figured Walnut top , each tier raised on supports comprising groups of three faux books, the whole raised on a circular column and three cabriole legs with Brass paw feet terminating on original castors. This is an exquisite piece of furniture, quite rare and made to a superb standard which would suggest it once stood in a very Grand House.
